Affiliate Obligations As an affiliate, you agree to: Promote Prime Link and our merchants’ products and services in a lawful and ethical manner. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. Not engage in any deceptive or misleading practices. Commission Payments Prime Link will pay commissions to affiliates for referred sales. Commissions will be calculated based on the amount of the sale, minus any applicable discounts or returns. Commissions will be paid to affiliates on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum threshold. Intellectual Property The content and information available on Prime Link’s website and platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent. Modifications to Terms of Use Prime Link may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make any material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice to you through our website or by other means. Your continued use of our website and platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
