Therefore, any attempt to use the Prime-Link Services to distribute harmful, false, or misleading content or manipulate the Prime-Link Services for such purposes is strictly prohibited. If we determine that you have engaged in any form of misconduct or violated this policy, we may restrict your ability to use our platform, remove your content, or suspend or terminate your account. Misconduct may also violate applicable laws and result in legal action and civil or criminal penalties.
Eligibility
To use the Prime-Link Services, you must comply with the Prime-Link Terms, which include this Acceptable Use Policy, the Prime-Link Terms of Service, Prime-Link Privacy Policy, and Prime-Link's DMCA Copyright Policy. If we suspend or revoke your privileges to use the Prime-Link Services, you may not access them again until further notice from us. Creating additional accounts or identities to circumvent access restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent disabling of such accounts and flagging them for future enforcement purposes.
Never use the Prime-Link Services to distribute abusive, dangerous, or illegal content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Prime-Link Services (including but not limited to text, images, video, and audio):
It is not allowed to distribute or promote content that attacks individuals or groups based on their race, gender, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition, as well as any content promoting organizations with such views.
It is prohibited to create or share content that exploits children.
Sharing misinformation, including but not limited to medical or civic misinformation, is strictly prohibited.
Content that threatens, encourages or promotes violence or graphic imagery is not allowed.
It is strictly prohibited to share sexually explicit or intimate content without the subject's consent.
Any content that glamorizes or promotes self-harm or endangers your safety or the safety of others is not allowed.
Any content that promotes terrorism is strictly prohibited.
Any other content that is illegal is not allowed.
Never engage in abusive, dangerous, or illegal behavior
Engaging in the following types of behavior on Prime-Link Services is strictly prohibited:
Distributing malicious software, including but not limited to malware, viruses, or other disruptive software.
Attempting to fraudulently access someone's information by engaging in phishing, spoofing, hacking, or other similar methods.
Sending unsolicited commercial emails or spam in bulk.
Avoiding detection of abuse outlined in the Prime-Link Terms by circumventing the systems in place.
Revealing someone's private information without their consent, which is also known as doxxing.
Making threats of violence or harm towards others.
Engaging in bullying, harassment, or coordinating online attacks targeting individuals or groups, also known as brigading.
Impersonating others or misrepresenting your association with any individuals, organizations, or entities.
Facilitating illegal activity, such as the sale of prohibited goods or services.
Infringing upon the intellectual property of another person or entity.
Reporting abuse and violations
We invite you to contact us if you believe someone is abusing Prime-Acceptable Link's Use Policy or abusing the Prime-Link Services. We thoroughly look into every matter and respond appropriately, which may necessitate deleting user accounts.
You can appeal the decision if you think Prime-Link made a mistake in classifying your behaviour as misconduct by getting in touch with us. We'll look into your request.
Enforcement for non-compliance
Prime-Link is committed to protecting the user experience and safety of our community. Therefore, we may suspend or terminate any account or remove any content that negatively affects the user experience or safety, even if the behavior is not explicitly prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. This policy is not an exhaustive list of content that Prime-Link may restrict or block, nor is it an exhaustive list of bases on which we may restrict or block content. Our actions will be guided by the spirit, not just the letter, of this policy.
